Terms of sale and returns

These terms apply when you buy a KLP from us on this website. They're written to be read, so they're short. Nothing here takes away your legal rights.

Your order

You order through our secure Stripe checkout. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order. We take payment in full when you order.

If something goes wrong on our side and we can't fulfil your order, for example the Founders Batch sells out at the same moment, we'll tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Prices

The price you see is the price you pay. It includes delivery and any VAT, import taxes or duties for the country you're shipping to, so there's nothing more to pay on delivery.

Delivery

Each KLP is milled, finished and set up for you, so orders ship in 3 to 4 weeks. We'll email you a tracking link when yours leaves us. If we can't deliver within 30 days of the date we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund.

The putter is your responsibility once it's delivered to you or someone you've named.

Returns

Head only. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. That's longer than the 14 days the law gives you. Return the head unused, with its weights, key and headcover. Unused means it hasn't been fitted to a shaft or played with. Rolling a few putts on a carpet or practice mat is fine.

Full build. We cut the shaft to the length you choose, so a full build is made to your specification and the legal right to cancel doesn't apply to it. If the length or grip turns out wrong, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll re-shaft or re-grip it for the cost of the parts and DHL.

How to return

1. Email hello@beastiigolf.co.uk with your order number and tell us you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason, but it helps us.
2. We'll book a DHL collection and send you the label.
3. Pack the head in its box with everything it came with.

For a change of mind, the cost of the DHL return comes off your refund. We'll tell you what it is before you send anything. If the putter is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we pay.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the card you paid with. If the head comes back used or with parts missing, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value, and we'll explain why.

You can also use this cancellation statement if you prefer: "I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [order number], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name, address, date."

If something's wrong

Your legal rights cover anything faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. In short:

• within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund
• after that, we'll repair or replace it, and if that doesn't work you can ask for a refund

On top of that, we guarantee the KLP head against faults in materials and machining for 2 years from delivery. The guarantee doesn't cover normal wear, such as marks on the face or finish, lost weights, or damage from misuse. The shaft and grip are covered by their makers, Accra and P2, and we'll deal with them for you.

If you're in the EU, you also have your local legal rights, including the 2-year legal guarantee on goods.

Spares and adjustments

Lost a weight or the key? Email us and we'll send replacements at cost.

Complaints and the law

If you're unhappy, email hello@beastiigolf.co.uk and Matt or Neil will reply. These terms are governed by Scots law. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring a claim in your local courts. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's consumer law.
