Who we are
We're The Beastii Golf Company, a small Scottish company that designs and makes the KLP putter. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we only collect what we need.
We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

We don't collect sensitive information, and we don't buy mailing lists.
Why we use it
UK data protection law says we need a lawful reason for each use. These are ours.

Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails to people who've asked to hear from us, and to customers about products like the ones they've bought. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply or email hello@beastiigolf.co.uk and we'll take you off the list.
Our emails are sent through MailerLite. They may tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, which helps us send fewer, better emails.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run Beastii, and only what each one needs.

Some of these services store data outside the UK, for example in the EU or the US. Where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms.
How long we keep it

After that we delete it securely.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless we have to keep it by law
- stop or limit how we use it
- stop using it for marketing, at any time
- send your information to you or another company in a common format

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies, security and changes
Cookies. Our website doesn't use cookies or analytics. It saves two small settings in your browser so the site remembers them for you: the currency you chose, and that you closed our sign-up card. Neither is shared with anyone. When you pay, Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to process your payment securely; see Stripe's privacy policy for details.
Security. We use well-known, secure services for payments, email and records, and we limit who at Beastii can see your information.
Changes. If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects you in a significant way, we'll email you.
